NEWSLETTER Nr 72:Air blast sprayer with 2 fan counter-rotating with 2 chambers of air blow mod. ATD2
Dear Customers,
We created a new sprayer that is realized and designed on request of our clients, who would like to have a big air blow of the mixture to spray orchards, old and big trees at considerable width and in presence of wind condition. The 2 fans increase the distance of the air blow and thanks to the counter-rotating system grants an uniform distribution of the air volume from both sides of the sprayers. The effects vorticols of the fans of 800 mm oporovided of 9 blades are balanced and it is garanted the same air pression and volume on both sides of the sprayer.
The pressure created by the 2 fans, handled of shovels special profile, it guarantees a better performance on the top area of the conveyour without asking high powers of tractors. The model ATD2 asks tractors from 70-80 HP thanks to the high perfomance of the profile of the blades that offering a big energy of pressure doesn't also increase the power's demand.
This new model already places closed to the standard models in production, it can be equipped of all the accessories foreseen by the other sprayers.
The relationship quality and price is excellent and the delivery time is about 3 weeks from order confirmation.
